From an early age, I was introduced to the world of construction. Coming from a family of skilled tradesmen, with a mother passionate about property development, every home we lived in was essentially a building site. It was in this environment that my love for construction and property development truly began.

Over the past 15 years, I have gained extensive experience, particularly in domestic properties. My expertise spans project management across a wide range of developments, including extensions, loft conversions, full refurbishments, new builds, and high-end HMOs. Having spent many years on-site as a tradesman, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the challenges that can arise during a project. This hands-on experience enables me to solve problems efficiently, without relying on outside experts, which not only saves time but is one of the key reasons clients choose to work with me.

One of my core strengths is communication. I firmly believe that transparent and consistent communication is the foundation of strong client relationships. Whether it’s providing regular updates or addressing the challenges that inevitably arise during development, I ensure my clients are always in the loop and involved in finding the best solutions.

Outside of my work with DBM Group, I cherish time spent with my family and my partner, Kelly, and our two children, Mabel and Macsen. Sports also play a significant role in my life, with golf, football, and cricket being my top three passions. As Dean mentioned, it’s through sport that we’ve shared a friendship for over 25 years!
